Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid foundation in data analysis; proficient in SQL and at least one analytics tool.
• Experience in user segmentation, tagging framework design, or player behavior analysis.
• Data analysis experience in the gaming industry preferred.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese; cross‑regional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Build player segmentation and tagging frameworks based on behavioural data.
• Conduct strategy data analysis to evaluate real-world impact of numerical strategies.
• Track and model relationships between metrics and player lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with numerical strategy engineers, product, and operations teams.
• Establish and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms for iteration
