Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an experienced Data Senior Analyst to support business operations through data cleaning, analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant data analysis experience and can transform raw data into insights to monitor performance and guide decisions.

You will extract, clean, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources; develop dashboards with KPIs; and prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant data analysis or similar experience.
• Strong hands-on data cleaning, validation, consolidation, and preparation.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining dashboards and reports.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis functions.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem solving.
• Good communication and collaboration across departments.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools is advantageous.
• Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk is an added advantage.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Senior Analyst to support business operations through data cleaning, analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant data analysis experience and the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights to support business performance monitoring and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Extract, clean, validate, and consolidate data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

Develop, maintain, and update dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance.

Prepare regular and ad hoc reports to support management reviews and operational decision-making.

Investigate data discrepancies, missing records, and inconsistencies, and implement appropriate solutions.

Work closely with relevant departments to understand reporting requirements and provide accurate and timely data insights.

Improve reporting processes and data management practices to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.

Strong hands-on experience in data cleaning, data validation, data consolidation, and data preparation.

Proven experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and performance reports.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and its data analysis and reporting functions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualisation tools is an advantage.

Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk is an added advantage.
