Job summary

DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd seeks a Senior Business Analyst for Data, AI & Analytics to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams. You will drive requirements for data management, Azure-based services, analytics, Power BI and Gen AI initiatives at scale across APAC.

You will lead workshops, capture detailed requirements, and define KPI frameworks, dashboards and self-service tools to empower data-driven decisions. Experience in Azure, Power BI and Gen AI is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline is required.
• Experience in business analysis for data/analytics products is essential.
• Certification in Business Analysis, Agile/Scrum, Azure, Power BI or AI is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis across data, analytics and Gen AI initiatives.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for delivery teams.
• Document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
