Job summary

Nigel Frank International is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to design, develop, customize, and deploy Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions for enterprise-scale transformations. You will work with Solution Architects and clients to deliver robust, scalable systems across the Microsoft stack.

The role emphasizes hands-on X++ development, integration design, and mentoring of junior staff, with opportunities to lead technical discussions and drive governance across delivery streams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Hands-on X++ development experience and extensions.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations across the Microsoft stack.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and deploy Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and clients to meet complex requirements.
• Develop integrations between D365 F&O and external systems using Azure technologies.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to solution design and governance.
• Support data migration activities and ensure robust deployment across environments.
