Job summary

CelcomDigi is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Solution Architect to lead both commercial and technical aspects of cybersecurity initiatives. The role focuses on shaping optimal solutions for customers, structuring deals, and guiding ICT/Cybersecurity projects across IT, network, and billing teams.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, strong leadership, and the ability to translate security solutions into business and technical proposals while engaging diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Multimedia, Computer Engineering, or equivalent. Cybersecurity certifications, MSc, or MBA would be an advantage.
• At least 8 years of Cybersecurity commercial and technical domain expertise (network, app, DB, cloud).
• Proven technical leadership with deal-structuring, tendering and negotiation experience.
• Exposure to ICT cybersecurity industries and market insights.

Responsibilities

• Commercial and technical lead for the Cybersecurity portfolio, partnering with SI/technology partners to shape best-fit solutions.
• Lead commercial structuring including product margins, proposals and deal closing with Sales and Presales.
• Act as technical lead for ICT/Cybersecurity projects with IT, Network and Billing teams for readiness.
• Conduct market intelligence and gather customer requirements through visits and focus groups.
• Develop the product roadmap for productisation with product teams to assess feasibility and differentiation.
