Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a motivated retail associate to uphold high standards of friendly, professional customer service, manage daily shop operations, and ensure shelves are well stocked.

As a cashier, you will promote the Watsons VIP Member Card, handle transactions, and contribute to a positive, energetic store environment. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens with basic schooling and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum PMR/PT3/SKM required.
• Languages: Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Pleasant personality with strong drive and excellent communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills; adaptable and result-oriented.
• Outgoing personality with high energy.
• Malaysian citizen.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry is an added advantage.
