Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a cashier and shop assistant. You will deliver friendly, professional service while maintaining stock and promoting the Watsons VIP Member Card. This role supports smooth shop operations and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have PMR/PT3/SKM, be fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Weekend and public holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• PMR/PT3/SKM completion required.
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Outgoing, energetic and strong communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up abilities; adaptable.
• Malaysian citizen.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in health/retail pharmacy is an advantage.
