Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a customer-oriented individual to join our retail team in Selangor. You will deliver friendly, professional service and assist customers with product knowledge, payments, and VIP Watsons Membership.

The role requires the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with a focus on maintaining stock levels and creating a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Minimum PMR/PT3/SKM required.
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work in a health/retail environment is a plus.
