Job summary

DayOne is seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to represent the client and oversee all Civil, Structural, and Architectural aspects of a mission-critical data center project. You will supervise contractors, ensure compliance with local regulations and design standards, and coordinate closely with M&E teams.

The role involves site inspections, QA/QC review, and proactive risk management, with opportunities to advance into broader project management paths.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of CSA experience in construction projects.
Strong understanding of CSA-MEP interfaces; data center or semiconductor projects advantageous.
Familiarity with local construction regulations and safety standards.
Proficient in interpreting architectural and structural drawings and coordinating with MEP builders.

Responsibilities

Oversee all CSA construction activities, ensuring adherence to design intent, schedule, safety, and quality.
Monitor main contractor’s structural, architectural, and external works across all phases.
Attend site inspections, progress reviews, and technical meetings.
Coordinate CSA with M&E teams and manage interfaces for builder’s works.
Review QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and method statements for compliance.
Maintain records of site progress, NCRs, RFIs, and progress claims.
