Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. is seeking a Senior Engineer QAQC to establish and manage the Quality Management System across all project phases for data-center builds. You will ensure compliance with design, standards, regulatory requirements and client expectations.

Lead QA/QC teams, coordinate inspections, audits, and testing, track NCRs/CARs, and drive continuous improvement. Report health and performance to PM/SPM, and mentor teams in QA/QC practices on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Advanced certifications such as CQE, CQA, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, PMP are advantageous.
• 8–10+ years of construction QA/QC experience, preferably in data centers or critical facilities.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary QA/QC teams and enforcing QMS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project-specific Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Oversee daily inspection activities across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and finishing works.
• Coordinate with third-party labs, testing agencies, and commissioning teams.
• Provide weekly/monthly quality performance reports and participate in design reviews and change management.
