Job summary

Koperasi Tentera is seeking a meticulous professional to manage financing documentation and security documents. You will review documents prepared by appointed solicitors, confirm that financing conditions have been met, and help ensure facilities are released with complete and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate has a Degree in Law, Banking, Finance or related field, 4–5 years in credit administration or collateral management, and familiarity with Malaysian legal and security

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Banking, Finance or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in credit administration or financing documentation.
• Familiarity with Malaysian legal documentation and Shariah financing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review credit files and legal and security documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Vet documents prepared by appointed solicitors against approved financing terms.
• Verify that conditions in the Letter of Offer, Supplementary Letter of Offer and Credit Approval Report have been fulfilled before facility release.
• Check solicitor confirmations, undertakings and supporting documents before execution by KT's authorised signatory.
• Monitor stamping, registration and completion of security documentation.
• Maintain documentation checklists and prepare regular progress reports.
• Support reviews of documentation procedures and panel solicitor performance.
