Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Credit Risk or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis and credit risk methods.
• Experience evaluating customer creditworthiness and making recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to work with global teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct credit assessments and financial analysis to evaluate customer risk.
• Recommend credit terms balancing risk with revenue growth.
• Review credit hold release requests per policy.
• Prepare reporting for master credit exposure and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain credit scoring models.
• Collaborate with Commercial Finance, Sales, and Operations across regions.
• Monitor credit limits and identify mitigation strategies.
• Drive process improvements through automation and AI.
