Job summary

CNK Consulting Vietnam is seeking a role focused on building and operating the Creator & Affiliate ecosystem in Malaysia to boost content, visibility, and revenue through a Creator-led Commerce model.

The role emphasizes recruiting creators across Running, Pickleball, Fitness, Lifestyle, and Campus niches, expanding the network, and driving affiliate partnerships. Collaboration with the Content & Social Development team is essential to execute campaigns and analyze performance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, Affiliate Marketing, or TikTok Shop Operations.
• Experience working directly with Creators and/or Influencers.
• Preferred experience within TikTok Agencies, MCNs, Creator Agencies, Ecommerce Brands, or D2C Brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Creator Network in Malaysia to recruit and onboard creators.
• Onboard Affiliate Partners and execute affiliate programs across TikTok Shop and Website channels.
• Collaborate with Content & Social Development to run Creator Marketing campaigns and track content performance.
• Monitor creator performance and optimize partnerships for revenue impact.
