Reform Digital in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to develop impactful marketing strategies and proposals for clients. You will transform briefs into compelling campaign ideas backed by research, market insights, and creative thinking.

You will explore consumer behaviour, industry trends, social media conversations, and the influencer landscape to craft strategies that connect brands with audiences. If you're curious and collaborative, we'd like to hear from you.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, or related fields.
• Strong thinking, ideation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia with Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the internal team to develop creative strategies and campaign proposals tailored to clients' objectives.
• Analyse client briefs, conduct market and competitor research, and translate insights into strategic and creative campaign concepts.
• Develop compelling pitch decks, presentations, and proposals that effectively communicate campaign ideas and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, consumer behaviour, social media trends, emerging content formats, and platform opportunities to generate relevant and innovative ideas.
• Present and communicate creative concepts and strategic recommendations clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and clients when required.
• Contribute strategic insights that enhance the team's creative thinking and overall campaign quality.
• Continuously improve creative processes by sharing ideas, learning from feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
