Job summary

Digital seeks a Senior Client Services & Creative Project Manager to oversee client relationships and bridge between clients and internal creative teams. This role translates requirements into briefs, manages feedback, and ensures polished, on-time delivery for every project.

You will coordinate designers, copywriters, strategists, developers and other specialists, review work for quality and brand consistency, and navigate multiple parallel projects in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in client services or marketing project management.
• Experience in agency or creative studio environment.
• Proven ability to manage projects from briefing to delivery.

This role will serve as the main bridge between clients and internal creative teams by translating requirements into clear briefs, managing feedback and timelines, and ensuring work is polished and ready for client delivery.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage creative or marketing projects from briefing through final delivery
• Good creative judgment and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable reviewing creative work and providing constructive feedback
• Excellent communication, organisation, and project-management skills
• Able to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced remote environment
