Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in creative or multimedia design.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects.
• Skilled across static, animation, and motion design projects.
• Fluent with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ElevenLabs or equivalents.
• Grounded B2B understanding for SaaS/fintech contexts.

Responsibilities

• Turn marketing briefs and campaign themes into original concepts.
• Create fresh visual storylines across multi-channel campaigns.
• Research audience and competitive visual landscape for multi-market campaigns.
• Propose visual storytelling enhancements to elevate campaign outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing, product marketing, product, IT teams on personas.
