Ryt Bank is seeking a mid-level Motion Graphics Designer (AI Workflows) to bring products, campaigns, and brand experiences to life through motion and storytelling. The role involves animation across brand, product storytelling, and AI-powered creative development, with collaboration across Brand, Marketing, Product, Growth, and Business teams.

The ideal candidate has 5-6 years of experience in motion design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, plus familiarity with

Qualifications

5-6 years of experience in motion design, multimedia design, or related fields.
Strong portfolio showing motion graphics, animation, and storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Familiarity with Figma and digital product design environments.
Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and motion systems.

Responsabilités

Create motion graphics, animations, and video content across brand, marketing, and product initiatives.
Develop product storytelling assets, including app feature demonstrations and user journeys.
Translate complex financial products into engaging visual narratives.
Design and animate step-by-step product experiences for digital and social platforms.
Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Product, Growth, and Business teams.
