Job summary

You will analyze vendor and system-related costs, benchmark quotations, support cost optimization initiatives, and develop cost analysis reports and dashboards to improve spend visibility for management decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of cost analysis, procurement, or vendor management experience.
• Strong understanding of cost structures and budgeting; accounting knowledge is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle Netsuite is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Cost analysis and insights: analyze vendor costs, cost drivers, and usage patterns.
• Vendor evaluation and benchmarking: compare quotations and features across vendors.
• Procurement governance and process: ensure RFQ, documentation, and governance compliance.
• Cost monitoring and performance management: track usage, trends, and renewal decisions.
• Data and reporting: develop dashboards and reports to improve spend visibility.
