Job summary

Hytech, a leading management consulting firm, seeks a Senior Costing Analyst to bridge Finance and Procurement by driving cost transparency and governance. You will analyse vendor costs, benchmark quotations, and develop dashboards to improve spend visibility across the group.

You will monitor cost trends, support renewal decisions, and provide data-driven insights to optimise vendor spending. The role calls for 3-5 years of experience in cost analysis or financial operations and strong Excel

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in cost analysis, financial operations, procurement, or vendor management.
• Strong ability to analyse cost structures, usage patterns and cost drivers.
• Experience in vendor quotations, service scope, and benchmarking.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus (Oracle Netsuite).
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Cost Analysis & Insights: analyse vendor and system-related costs and identify cost drivers.
• Vendor Evaluation & Benchmarking: assess quotations and perform market benchmarking to recommend solutions.
• Procurement Governance & Process: support procurement processes and ensure record accuracy per governance standards.
• Cost Monitoring & Performance Management: monitor cost trends and support renewal or replacement decisions.
• Data & Reporting: develop cost analysis reports and dashboards for spend visibility.
