Senior Costing Manager

Job summary

Teleflex is seeking an experienced Senior Costing Manager to lead manufacturing costing, management accounting and cost governance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP FICO/CO, ERP migrations, and costing within a multinational environment.

You will drive standard costing, variance analysis, and cost control across functions, mentoring the costing team and partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to improve cost visibility and business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Costing or equivalent professional qualification.
• ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MIA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant finance/costing experience, with managerial experience.
• Strong manufacturing costing and management accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience in SAP FICO/CO, preferably SAP S/4HANA, with proven ERP migration or implementation experience.
• Knowledge of project accounting, CAPEX, AUC and project cost control.
• Experience in a manufacturing and multinational environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product costing, standard costing, BOM/routing, labour and overhead costing, and manufacturing variance analysis.
• Drive annual standard cost setting, PPV/MUV/LUV analysis, absorption and cost performance reporting.
• Lead or support SAP FICO/CO implementation, migration and process improvement projects, including data migration, UAT and go-live support.
• Act as Finance/Costing subject matter expert for SAP FICO/CO processes and costing master data.
• Manage project accounting, including project/WBS cost tracking, budget vs. actual,
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and IT to improve cost visibility, financial controls and business performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, Annual Operating Plan and management reporting.
• Lead, coach and develop the costing team and drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
