Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying is acceptable.
• At least 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in project estimating and cost controlling.

Responsibilities

• Budget tracking, cost forecasting, monthly cost reporting and cost variance analysis.
• Support cost management through structured WBS/CBS monitoring.
• Collaborate with project teams across procurement, construction, commissioning, finance, and risk.
