Job summary

Ng Choo Beng R. Naidu & Partners in Ipoh, Malaysia, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Conveyancing Clerk to handle conveyancing matters efficiently and independently.

The role involves managing files from start to finish, preparing Sale & Purchase agreements, loan documents, and liaising with clients and authorities, with a focus on accuracy and deadlines. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in conveyancing.
• Familiar with SPA, loan documentation, and land office procedures for subsale, project & commercial.
• Able to work independently with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience supervising junior staff is an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Manage conveyancing files from initial stage until completion including subsale and project cases
• Prepare and attend to Sale & Purchase Agreements, loan documentation, discharge of charge, perfection of transfer/charge
• Liaise with clients, bankers, developers, agents, and relevant authorities
• Conduct title and property searches, prepare submission documents, and follow up on approvals
• Ensure all documentation is properly filed and deadlines are met
