Job summary
Insulet Malaysia (IMY) facility in Johor Bahru seeks a Senior Controls Engineer (PLC Rockwell) to lead controls projects, install/start-up new equipment, and optimize control systems across high-speed assembly lines in global manufacturing. Strong experience with Rockwell RSLogix5000, FTView ME, and vision systems required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
- 7+ years hands-on assembly/manufacturing experience with control systems.
- Proficient with Rockwell Automation, RSLogix5000, FTView ME, and vision systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead controls activities on equipment enhancement projects in cleanroom manufacturing.
- Coordinate work with system integrators and vendors.
- Document operation theory, safety processes, maintenance and troubleshooting for machine controls.
- Install and troubleshoot control systems, servo drives, motors, HMIs and PLCs on high-speed equipment.
- Develop and review wiring diagrams and logic for new equipment and upgrades.
- Provide support for continuous improvement initiatives.
