DayOne Data Centers Malaysia I Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee end-to-end contract management, drafting and reviewing documents, and leading tendering processes with consultants and contractors.

The role requires strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills, plus extensive knowledge of pre- and post-contract works and cost control. You will liaise with QS professionals and ensure smooth payments and final accounts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveyor / Contract Management or equivalent.
• At least 10 years working experience in construction, QS consultancy or developer companies.
• Strong knowledge of pre and post contract works and various forms of contracts, cost control budgets, and contractual issues.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for end-to-end contract management and policy implementation.
• Draft and review contractual documents and resolve disputes.
• Pre-qualification of consultants and contractors; liaise on tenders.
• Manage tendering processes, including evaluation, interviews, and award recommendations.
• Monitor payments and final accounts with consultants and vendors.
