Job summary

Singtel Malaysia seeks a senior legal counsel to draft, review and negotiate contracts across procurement and partnerships, providing strategic legal support to IT, Networks, and Property teams. You will act as a trusted adviser, offering risk-aware legal solutions and aligning with Singtel Group policies.

With 12–15 years PQE, you will collaborate with Singapore-based Legal Team and drive robust, compliant contracting while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong legal analytical skills with a good eye for detail and knowledge of corporate and contract law.
• Excellent contract drafting skills.
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines.
• Independent but collaborative, with ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on procurement, partnerships and other contracts for Singtel's business units.
• Advise on legal, commercial and operational risk issues as part of contract reviews.
• Collaborate with business lines and stakeholders to provide robust legal solutions aligned with group policies.
• Ensure documentation is maintained with processes and policies, preserving organizational memory.
