Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Senior Content Creator to develop engaging educational and product-focused content that helps users understand digital assets, financial products, and technology-driven offerings.

This hands-on role combines written content, video scripting, on-camera presentation, and product education, collaborating with product and business teams to transform complex information into clear, practical content for a broad audience.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in content creation, editorial content, product education, media, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio of published written content and/or video content demonstrating clear storytelling and audience engagement.
• Hands-on experience developing video scripts and presenting or hosting content on camera.
• Excellent writing, scripting, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex financial, technical, or product concepts in simple and engaging language.
• Strong understanding of digital assets, fintech, technology, or related industries.
• Experience creating content for consumer or retail audiences.
• Ability to independently manage content projects from concept through production and publication.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to content accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Create original educational articles, product explainers, guides, tutorials, FAQs, and other user-facing content.
• Translate complex product, financial, and technical concepts into clear, accessible, and engaging language.
• Develop content for audiences with different levels of knowledge and experience.
• Explain product functionality, use cases, benefits, risks, and key user actions in a practical and user-friendly way.
• Research, draft, revise, and finalize content to a high editorial standard.
• Take ownership of assigned content deliverables from initial brief through review and publication.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all content formats.
• Develop scripts and storyboards for educational, product, and explainer videos.
• Present and host video content for different audiences and content formats.
• Create engaging product walkthroughs, demonstrations, explainers, and educational video series.
• Develop a credible, natural, and engaging on-camera presence.
• Work with production partners on filming, editing, and post-production where applicable.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form videos and other audience-friendly formats.
