Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee planning and execution of construction-related projects. The role involves coordinating peers, acting as the main contact for project issues, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years of PM experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. Travel to northern site locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of working experience with a strong portfolio in project management.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate construction works at site to meet specifications and standards.
• Plan in detail, schedule, and conduct technical reviews with consultants and management.
• Monitor engineering works at site and report progress to internal/external teams.
• Attend client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings and resolve site issues.
• Submit daily and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with CIDB, JKR, and relevant regulations.
