Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager for large international construction projects in Asia. You will oversee quality, safety, cost, and scheduling, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver master programmes and reporting.

The role requires a degree in construction or related field, 8+ years in similar projects, and fluent English. Strong client interfacing and governance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction, project management or similar.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience on large international construction projects in Asia.
• Experience managing contractors in pre and post contract stages.
• Ability to lead large multi-disciplined construction teams.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for overall project management ensuring quality, cost, safety and scheduling are met.
• Support establishment of overall success criteria including time, cost and performance.
• Identify and alert line manager to quality, safety, health and environment issues.
• Maintain effective project governance, processes and systems.
• Manage master programme, manpower, materials & plant schedules.
• Lead and facilitate cross-functional project team.
