Job summary

Capcon Consulting seeks an experienced Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager for a site-based role in Malaysia. You will own the on-site execution for greenfield industrial and data centre projects, resolving complex substructure and M&E clashes using BIM tools, and ensuring progress aligns with the baseline schedule.

The role involves relocation for Malaysian nationals, site-based duties at Nilai/Sepang/Banting, and coordinating with Tier 1/2 contractors on multiple cutting-edge projects.

Qualifications

• Qualified Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager with a proven track record on greenfield industrial, data centre, or semi-conductor projects.
• Deep expertise in substructure works, piling, and reinforced concrete.
• Experience with Tier 1/2 contractors, civil or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Unblock site progress by navigating local authority mandates and utility interface queries.
• Utilize BIM tools to clear high-density M&E service clashes.
• Lead site execution for greenfield Design and Build industrial projects.
• Maintain physical progress against baseline schedules under tight deadlines.
