Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Civil engineering, Materials Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of quality control experience in ready-mix concrete production, precast plants, or major civil/structural construction projects.
• Strong understanding of ASTM, ACI, AASHTO, or BS EN standards related to concrete and raw materials.
• Soft Skills: Attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, site safety awareness, and effective communication with site crews and project management teams.

Responsibilities

• Mix Design & Batching Plant Supervision: evaluate, test, and optimize concrete mix designs; supervise batching plant operations and admixture dosing.
• Sampling & Laboratory Testing: oversee fresh and hardened concrete tests and monitor materials quality.
• Site Quality Control & Placement Monitoring: monitor transit, placement, curing, and delivery to meet specs.
• Compliance, Documentation & Auditing: maintain daily QC reports, NCRs, and coordinate with laboratories and engineers during inspections.
