Job summary

LEPPO CONCRETE SDN. BHD. in Malaysia seeks a Quality Assurance and Control Supervisor to lead ISO compliance, oversee QA/QC activities across laboratory, operations and field staff, and ensure products meet specifications.

You will review reports, develop SOPs, conduct internal audits, train staff, and drive continuous improvement in safety and quality. Strong coordination with supervisors and management is required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, coordinates, and monitors overall performance with regard to technical quality and compliance with ISO practices and specification requirements.
• Evaluates safety practices and procedures with respect to laboratory and field analytical work.
• Reviews and approves laboratory reports (internal and external) for quality assurance, accuracy, completeness and reasonableness of data.
• Coordinates or develops standard operating procedures for laboratory, operations and field staff.
• Establishes and implements ISO practices in the QA/QC Department.
• Maintains the quality system: evaluate, advise, draft, implement and monitor procedures.
• Inspects completed work and/or work in progress to determine whether the work meets specifications and plan requirements.
• Performs checks to monitor product quality, and communicates complaints and progress of solutions to the manager/supervisor.
• Performs or directs internal audits of test methods to identify biases and areas for improvement.
• Develops, presents and documents training programs for laboratory, operations and field staff on quality assurance, analyses, and safety, including training protocols and competency standards.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time
