Job summary

Yulon Capital Sdn Bhd seeks a Compliance & Internal Control (Audit) Senior Executive/AM to oversee its internal control audit framework and coordinate with legal and corporate secretarial stakeholders in Malaysia.

The role acts as the regulatory liaison, ensures compliance with UKM? (local acts) and leads STR/CTR submissions to BNM, while deploying AML screening tools and controlling data privacy under PDPA.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in compliance, legal risk management, or internal audit.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and AML/KYC screening is preferred.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the internal control audit ecosystem and coordinate with legal and corporate secretarial teams.
• Act as regulatory liaison for government ministries and statutory bodies in Malaysia.
• Lead drafting and submission of STRs and CTRs to BNM FIED.
• Manage AML screening tools and ensure compliance with local Acts (CCA, Money Lenders Act, etc.).
• Supervise data management to ensure PDPA compliance.
