Job summary

Moom Health in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Community Manager to own the Malaysian community ecosystem end‑to‑end. You’ll lead the local team, drive revenue through community and KOL channels, and strengthen Moom’s presence in-market.

We’re looking for a hands‑on leader with 5–6 years’ experience, including at least 3 years managing a team, plus a proven ability to manage budgets, events, media relationships, and frontline livestreams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team.
• Prior experience owning a budget and/or revenue targets.
• Experience in PR and/or community management.
• An existing network of local KOLs and media contacts.
• Experience planning and running events.
• Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with hands‑on experience — not just strategy.
• A strong pulse on local trends and what’s happening in the market.
• Able to work independently while collaborating well as part of a team.
• Comfortable being on camera for livestreams and front‑facing at events.

Responsibilities

• Lead, upskill, and manage the MY Community team, setting clear workflows and ownership across the team.
• Own Moom Malaysia’s community strategy end‑to‑end — balancing revenue drivers with community and KOL growth.
• Identify local market insights, diagnose engagement or operational gaps, and continuously refine strategies to grow Moom’s presence in Malaysia.
• Manage PR & creator relationships end‑to‑end; grow and maintain the local KOL network and serve as the primary point of contact for media, agencies, and top‑tier creators.
• Oversee all online and offline community activations and lead outreach for new brand partnerships, cross‑promotions, and retail/consignment relationships.
• Standardise local operational processes and reporting; track budgets, spend, commissions, and payouts.
