Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Multimedia, Digital Media or related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese is an added advantage).
• At least 6 years in communications, content or digital marketing.
• You've written press releases, speeches and other content before.
• Able to edit and proofread other people's work. Include two or three writing samples.
• Comfortable using AI as you write, with hands-on video and photography a plus.

Responsibilities

• Content & Editorial: Write for customers, stakeholders and corporate audiences, and proofread before publishing.
• Channels & Content Calendar: Coordinate publishing across channels and maintain one calendar.
• Sustainability Communications: Turn commitments into engaging content about progress.
• Media & Events Support: Draft press releases, manage media lists, coordinate event coverage.
