Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in commercial or contract management in the energy sector.
• Excellent command of English in reading, writing and speaking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to undertake overseas assignments.

Responsabilités

• Develop procurement policy and procedures aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead bidding, negotiation, and contract management for EPC, LTSA, PPA.
• Ensure governance and compliance across project phases from development to O&M.
