Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC in Malaysia seeks a Commercial Operations Specialist to support the Customer Experience team, streamline inter‑department communication, and develop scalable processes that improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

You will partner with TAMs, Sales, Real Estate and Finance to manage complex customer requests, prepare MB/Rs and QBRs, and drive improvements across administrative and reporting duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Data Center Operations, Project Management, Customer Support, or Sales.
• Experience in Data Center Industry or Critical Operations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and client relationships simultaneously.
• Travel up to 15% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior administrative support for the Customer Experience (CE) team, ensuring operational excellence and communication efficiency.
• Lead design and implementation of scalable processes for customer support and administrative operations; drive cross-functional initiatives to address gaps.
• Collaborate with TAMs to develop reports on operational performance, SLA compliance and financial metrics; support MB/Rs and QBRs with the S&T team.
• Develop strategic understanding of customers’ businesses and proactively cultivate internal and external relationships.
• Oversee customer notifications and manage requests via the Customer Portal; ensure timely, high-quality responses.
• Oversee lifecycle of customer access requests; manage CE ticket queue and portal enhancements with TAMs.
• Act as a senior liaison across departments to drive communication and collaboration; align CE with project timelines and deployments.
• Lead documentation practices within CE and review Service Action Reviews (STAR).
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
