Job summary

Vantage Data Centers in Johor, Malaysia seeks a Manager, Facility Maintenance to oversee continuous data center operations. The role leads a team of engineers and technicians, drives preventative maintenance, and manages subcontractors to meet reliability targets on-site at the campus.

You will develop SOPs, coordinate budgets, and ensure safety compliance, while maintaining high service quality for hyperscale clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years hands-on maintenance/repair in mission-critical facilities.
• At least two years of leadership/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of 2N data center infrastructure, MOP/EOP/SOP development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7/365 operation of facility equipment and systems.
• Lead maintenance, startup, testing and commissioning activities.
• Manage staff, performance appraisals and training plans.
