Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Commercial Operations Specialist to support the Customer Experience (CE) team. You will act as a senior liaison across departments, driving scalable processes and improving inter‑departmental collaboration to enhance customer satisfaction.

You will lead strategic coordination of meetings, prepare MBRS/QBRs, and manage high‑visibility projects with TAMs, Sales, Real Estate, and Operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in Data Center Operations, Project Management, Customer Support, or Sales.
• Experience in Data Center Industry or Critical Operations preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and client relationships.
• Travel up to 5–15% as the business evolves.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior-most admin for the Customer Experience (CE) team, ensuring operational excellence.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve inter-departmental communication.
• Develop reports on operational performance, SLA compliance, and financial metrics.
• Prepare and deliver MBRs and QBRs in partnership with the S&T team.
• Manage customer requests via the Customer Portal and CE ticket queue.
• Coordinate with Sales, Real Estate, Operations, Construction, and Engineering.
• Maintain relationships with customers and ensure timely communication.
• Oversee documentation and STAR reviews to ensure accuracy.
