Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Senior Credit Approver (Senior Vice President level) to join its client’s Commercial Credit Division in Kuala Lumpur. This individual contributor will evaluate and approve commercial credit facilities within delegated authority, handling mid-market credits with strong business acumen to balance risk and growth.

Qualifications

• 18–20 years of total experience in Commercial or Corporate Banking.

Responsibilities

• Approve credit and financing applications within delegated authority limits (new facilities, increments, renewals).
• Perform independent credit evaluations and prepare assessments for high‑value approvals beyond CDL.
• Review and validate internal customer credit ratings.
• Collaborate with Business Units and Relationship Managers to resolve complex credit issues and mitigate portfolio risk.
• Ensure all credit decisions comply with risk policy guidelines and regulatory frameworks.
