Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in business, economics, accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of credit analysis and credit review experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; able to work independently or in a team.
• Good understanding of industries, regulatory policies, and requirements.
• Team player, self-motivate, enthusiastic and open to new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Review credit applications for compliance with Head Office rules and guidelines.
• Review credit monitoring data, obligor and facility grading accuracy.
• Monitor market indicators and ratings changes affecting credit risk.
• Trigger business promotions based on adverse market information.
• Assess efficacy of credit policies, processes, and KPI incentives.
• Prepare timely credit administration reports for management and regulators.
• Collaborate with Credit Control and Shared Service Centre.
• Ensure action plans and contingency measures for breaches and crises, in PACC.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Credit Department on regulatory changes.
