Job summary

Gardenage in Shah Alam welcomes fresh graduates to join as Barista and Front-of-House, combining customer service and beverage creation in a fast-paced cafe. You will greet customers, take orders, and prepare coffee to quality standards while handling POS transactions and maintaining clean dining and bar areas.

You will collaborate with the outlet team on daily operations, explore new beverage ideas, and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and take orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Prepare coffee and beverages per cafe recipes and quality standards.
• Handle cashiering and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and bar areas.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and attend to orders promptly.
• Assist customers with menu items and inquiries.
• Process orders and payments accurately at the POS.
• Support daily cafe operations and table clearing.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area and bar areas.
• Independently prepare coffees and beverages to standard.
• Assist in developing and testing new drinks.
• Suggest new drink ideas and presentations.
• Ensure consistent taste, portions, and visuals.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines consistently.
• Monitor stock and notify on shortages.
• Collaborate with team for smooth operations.
