Job summary

BLAC.COFFEE is hiring dedicated Baristas for our new Shah Alam outlet in Selangor. You will be responsible for preparing quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and upholding café standards.

As part of the team, you’ll operate and maintain coffee equipment, manage daily tasks, and ensure cleanliness. Previous barista experience and good communication skills are preferred, with flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista preferred.
• Basic espresso knowledge and coffee equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, matcha, and beverages to company standards.
• Maintain beverage quality and presentation consistency.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Keep the bar and café clean and hygienic.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
• Assist with daily operations, stock and inventory.
• Collaborate with the team for smooth café operations.
• Follow SOPs and food safety guidelines.
