Job summary

Talent Trader Group in Malaysia seeks an experienced CNC programmer to develop advanced 3D CAM mold programs using UG NX for complex cavities, cores, and inserts. You will conduct on-site CNC test runs, verify toolpaths, and optimize cycle times.

The role requires hands-on support, strict NC version control, and cost-reduction initiatives on the shop floor, with at least five years in high-precision molding environments and knowledge of mold steels such as P20, 718H, and S136; GD&T proficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience in high-precision machining.
• Expert knowledge of mold steels P20, 718H and S136.
• Strong GD&T competency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced 3D CAM mold programs using NX for complex cavities, cores and inserts.
• Conduct on-site CNC test runs, verify toolpaths, optimize cycle times and reduce vibration/chatter.
• Manage tooling selection, fixtures, cut parameters and shop-floor cost reduction.
• Maintain strict NC program version control and provide hands-on support during mold trials.
