Qualifications

• Reads and interprets engineering drawings and specifications.
• Understands GD&T and tolerancing.
• Proficient in setting up and operating CNC Turning/Auto Lathe/Lathe and CNC Machining Centre.
• Able to read/write G-code and M-code.
• Skilled with precision measuring tools.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork ability.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• 2–5 years in precision machining as CNC tech.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines for precision parts.
• Calibrate tools, select cutting tools, and ensure accurate workpiece positioning.
• Edit CNC programs to control movements and operations.
• Inspect parts against dimensions, tolerances, and finish.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team to optimize production processes.
