Job summary

UIS Technologies Sdn Bhd in Simpang Ampat, Penang seeks a dedicated CNC Machinist for a full‑time role. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines, interpret drawings, adjust offsets, edit CNC programs, and ensure quality buy‑off. Jig/fixture repairs and maintaining safe, clean work practices are required.

Minimum education is SPM/SKM/STPM or equivalent with at least 2 years of related experience. English and Bahasa Malaysia communication is expected.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM/SKM/STPM or equivalent or relevant working experience.
At least 2 years working experience in the related field.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Mature in personality and positive working attitude.
Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

Interpret simple technical drawings, perform tool setup and basic dimension inspection.
Adjust offsets as needed, perform test cut and buy off.
Understand and edit CNC programming to meet tolerance control requirements.
Perform setup from tool setup to quality buy off.
Troubleshoot and fine‑tune independently.
Repair and modify jig & fixture as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workplace
