Job summary

Nipun Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior CNC Machining & Manufacturing Engineer to join on-site at Seri Kembangan. You will develop and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning, select tools and fixtures, and set machining parameters to achieve tight tolerances and high-quality finishes.

You will also oversee production setups, troubleshoot issues, improve cycle times, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong CNC programming and CAM software skills.
• Advanced milling and turning machining experience.
• Ability to read drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with high-precision, tight-tolerance manufacturing.
• Experience mentoring operators and junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning.
• Select tools, fixtures, and set machining parameters.
• Review drawings and specifications and validate first articles.
• Improve cycle times and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor operators on best practices, safety and equipment care.
