Job summary

Acestahl Engineering in Rawang is seeking a skilled professional to operate manual CMM equipment and contribute to new project development through inspection methods. You will perform SPC documentation and support production inspections while ensuring raw materials meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting materials, maintaining instrumentation, and reporting issues promptly. Candidate must be willing to work overtime and reside near Rawang.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operating manual CMM
• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Prefer specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Rawang.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual CMM (TESA micro hite).
• Carry out inspection activities in production.
• Inspect raw materials for consistency and integrity.
• Maintain, test and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices.
• Report problems or concerns to leader/superior immediately.
• Willing to work overtime.
