First Digital Trust Limited is seeking a Senior Security Operations Engineer to join the IT team in Malaysia. You will strengthen security posture across identity management, endpoint protection, network security, and cloud services, with hands-on delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

You will support security operations for Microsoft 365 and Fortinet firewall infrastructure, contribute to IT service and asset management initiatives, and help promote cyber security awareness across the

Qualificações

• Experience with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 security management, including conditional access policies, email quarantine, and endpoint security baselines.
• Hands-on exposure to enterprise security tools and environments in IT security operations.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and ticketing/service desk tools.
• Experience with security incident response investigations and remediation.

Responsabilidades

• Advanced Troubleshooting and Resolution of complex security issues across hardware, software, and network.
• Identity and Access Management support focusing on Azure AD and proper permissions for employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security procedures enhancing IT applications and security posture.
• Support security-focused IT projects from design to implementation and ongoing support.
• Provide IT service management with a focus on security and end-user service excellence.
• Assist in IT asset management including inventory tracking and lifecycle management.
