Job summary

First Digital Trust is seeking a Senior Security Operations Engineer to strengthen security across identity management, endpoint protection, network security, and cloud services. You will support security operations across Microsoft 365 and Fortinet firewall infrastructure while collaborating with IT service and asset management teams.

Responsibilities include advanced troubleshooting, identity management, cross-functional collaboration, project support, and security incident response.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT security operations or related role.
• Experience with Azure AD and MS 365 security management including conditional access, email quarantine, and endpoint baselines.
• Familiarity with Fortinet or similar firewall platforms.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex security hardware, software, and network issues to minimize downtime.
