People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee data centre and infrastructure projects in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients, and collaborate with Sales and Solutions on planning, tender submissions, and implementation.

The role requires 5+ years in relevant projects, and fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to engage diverse stakeholders.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Data Centre / Infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading and managing project teams.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end project execution for data center projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Work with Sales and Solutions on project planning, tender submissions, and implementation.
• Monitor project progress, resource allocation, budgeting, VO, claims, and documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality and safety standards.
• Attend client and consultant meetings, providing regular updates and escalation where needed.
• Lead project teams and support continuous improvement, compliance, and internal audits.
